I found the IPATA website and decided that was the way to go. I initially contacted Town & Country Kennels in Langhorne, PA because it was close to my point of origin. I spoke with Billy a couple of times and he came across as disinterested and he never called me back after that. I checked for IPATA members in Colorado Springs (my destination) and found Pet Relocator. Cassandra contacted me very quickly and she did a splendid job of coordinating the move of my two dogs. The communication and last minute troubleshooting were exemplary. I would highly recommend Pet Relocator anytime.

I was moving from Albuquerque to Vienna and I had to take Theodore with me. I looked at several different companies before choosing Pet Relocator. Ultimately, Cassandra was the reason I chose Pet Relocator. She called me and explained the entire process so I knew everything that was going to happen. Valic made it safely to a Dipolog in the Philippines thanks to Cassandra’s persistence and patience. She found us a route via boat because all Air travel had been banned due to temperature restrictions. It wasn’t the most pleasant boat ride, but it kept our family together. We decided to retire in Argentina, but we knew it was going to be a challenge to move our 10 cats. We found Pet Relocator and were immediately put at ease. Once we had finalized our moving schedule, we reached back out to Pet Relocator to assist us with our move. They determined that actually flying the cats into Chili and having them transported across was our best option and safest for our cats. They even managed to have all 10 cats fly on the same flight! The cats had to spend the night in Chili, but Cassandra even sent us photos during their overnight stay! Everything went off without a hitch and they delivered our 10 cats safely to our door.
